Maple Syrup Saturday

Join us for a Pancake and Porkie breakfast served in the new Bubolz Environmental Center at 8:30, 9:00, 9:30, and 10:00am.  $9.00/Adult; $6.00/Children ages 4 – 12; Children 3 and under are FREE.  Price includes a tour of the sugarbush following breakfast.  Reservations required for breakfast as space is limited.  Call the preserve to reserve your spot at (920) 731-6041.

Tours of the Preserve’s syrup producing process begin with a hike in the woods for a look at the sugarbush.  Learn about the methods of harvesting sap and see the final processing for bottling and eating.  After your tour, enjoy a taste of fresh maple syrup served over ice cream.  Tours run from 9:00am – 11:30am.  The cost for just a tour is $15/family, $5/adult, $3/children ages 4 – 12.  Children under 3 years and Bubolz Nature Preserve Members: Free.  No reservations are required for the tours.
