Learn the leave no trace principals, how make your own solar oven out of a pizza box, and proper campfire etiquette. This event is Sold Out. Meet Jim Feyen and his dogs from the Siberian Outpost. Jim will start out the program inside with a presentation about the history of dog sledding and what it takes to run a kennel and a dog sled team. If conditions permit, he may do a short run with the dogs. Finally, participants will be able to meet the dogs and ask any questions. There will be NO RIDES. Cost: $10 a person (4 and under free) Registration opens November 1st at 12 am.

Join us for a GPS and Geocaching adventure. Scouts will learn the basics of geocaching – how it works, what is needed, and then go out on our designed trail in search of caches. This adventure will meet requirements for the Geocaching Badge.
