Programs are designed to support physical, mental, and emotional well-being while fostering ecological awareness and stewardship.
This program will consist of an introduction to Forest Therapy, in a small intimate group of 15 participants. The program will last 2-3 hours, involving both indoor and outdoor segments. The program will conclude with a tea ceremony before departure.
