Forest Therapy with One Tree Forest

Join Kristen Roman – Founder and Guide of One Tree Forest Therapy- a Certified Nature & Forest Therapy Guide through the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides and Programs (ANFT).
Forest Therapy, inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku (forest bathing), is a research-supported practice that invites participants into a mindful, relational experience with nature. Programs are designed to support physical, mental, and emotional well-being while fostering ecological awareness and stewardship.

This program will consist of an introduction to Forest Therapy, in a small intimate group of 15 participants. The program will last 2-3 hours, involving both indoor and outdoor segments. The program will conclude with a tea ceremony before departure.
